Wow, what a great idea Holly! Heard you on the Hot Tub a couple of weeks ago. They talked about your blog this morning – so thought I’d check it out. It looks awesome. Started my list and have told many people about it!
AWESOME!!!! Good luck with your LIST!!
HI holly ,
.
i listen to hot899 every morning and i heard yur story , just wanted to say hi and tell you that i am starting to make my list . but first i started to make a list of ‘things that make me happy’ . it helped me out lots.! .
im haveing trouble though because im 16; and there are things that i dont think i can accomplish unless its in my parents goals too ex; going to New York.
i really find yur story inspriring and i hope that i can stick to it and be as determined as you are
Thank you for inspiring me !
Hey!! Thanks!!
I tried to limit how any big ones I put on my list too…. I have a few that I am worried about too!!
Most of your tasks should be things that you can accomplish on your own, or with the help of your firends! Talk to your parents about the big ones….maybe they have always wanted to go to New York too!!
well italked to my mom and she said we’ll see about New York
(and she started writing her list too! )
& which ones are yu worried about the most?
Hey holly love your list and keep up the good work. i am not sure if you did it on purpose but you have swim to Aylmer island twice… #5 and #61.
Have fun… I know I have now made a list so I am helping you with #99 as well.
Thanks for helping me with #99!!!! You ROCK!! Yeah, I put the Aylmer Island swim twice by accident!! Oops!! I told myself that once I posted my list, I couldn’t make any changes!! guess I’ll have to swim it TWICE!!! Yikes!!
Holly, you are such a celeb!
I can teach you to knit a scarf at Thanksgiving! Or Canksgiving, as I am fond of calling it.
Wooooo!!! Thanks Elaina!! Can’t wait to see you at Cranksgiving!!! (forget the scarf, I want to knit those cute mittens you made!! LOL!!)
Hey Holly!
I’ve been listening to your story on the radio. I think this is such a good idea and I’m encouraged to make my own list. It’ll be a little confidence booster, as with every completion I’d feel proud with my accomplishment. Keep at it!
DO IT!! It takes a while to come up with 101 things, but you won’t regret it!!!
Hi Holly,
I heard your story on the radio this morning and wanted to help you spread the word. I am a coach and trainer and one of my specialty areas is in personal development. I can’t tell you what a great idea it is to set yourself goals with an achievement date. I love how you’ve tracked your progress through a blog and made the whole experience fun! I definately want to share your story and blog in my next online ezine! I look forward to seeing your results!
Thanks for the inspiration!
THanks!!!! I had a great time making the blog!! Keep checkin’ back!!
Hey Holly,
Since Jan ’09 so much has happened that I never thought I would accomplish, and not once did I ever think to make a list of more exciting things to do!! I was so happy to hear you on the radio, because I’ve started my own list too!!! Thanks for inspiring me, all the best on your list! I know you can do it!!
Holly # 2 (Love ur name by the way!)
Hey!! I am glad I could inspire you!! I was inspired by my cousin, and as soon as I read her list, I was ready to start my own!! It is such an awesome idea!!
Hi Holly,
Good lucl with your list!!! Just wanted to mention that goal #5 and #61 are the same (Swim to Aylmer Island)!! You will have to up date and write a new one down!!!
I know!! hahaha… It was a mistake!!! I told myself back in Feb. that once I posted my list, I couldn’t change anything!! D-oh!! I guess I will have to do the swim TWICE!! Urgh!!
Hey Holly!
Great list! I’ve finished writing my list and only have one thing crossed off so far, but I’m working on a few others daily!
Good luck with the rest of your list!!
Andie
Hi Holly,
This list you’re doing is awsome!!! I love it. Good luck tonight on donating blood. Thought I’d write you a note today as it just happens that I also have an appointment with a friend to donate tonight as well. My first try did not go so well :S so we’re off for round two. I think it’s a great thing to do so good luck
Uh Oh, ….. what happened the first time!!?? Are you going to the carling location? Maybe I’ll see ya there!!
Didn’t see your reply before I went. CONGRATULATIONS!!! It was nice to breifly meet you
Keep up the great work throughout your list. You’re an inspiration to many people.
Holly!!!!
Heard you on the radio last week along with all the other hotties! You definitely inspired me! I actually just e-mailed Mauler to thank him for having you on and get your website. I started my list while you were still on the radio talking about yours! Surprisingly many of my tasks are the same as yours! It’s great to see all of your pictures of your journey too. I’m going to create my own site and scrapbook everything as well. One of my goals (#22!) is to inspire 10 people. I sent out an e-mail today to all of my friends and family and within 10 mintues had 4 people signed on!!
I told my friend about wanting to do this and she’s in journalism and asked me today if she could write an article about it. She’d like to follow my list and come on some of the adventures with me to take pictures for her article. She’d asked me what your full name was (which I didn’t even know). I was wondering if you’d be ok with her writing it into her article? If not, no worries, as you don’t even know me or her
But I give you full credit!
Thanks for inspiring me and so many others!
Laura
Thanks for insipring me and so many others!
Now I want to do a 101 list!
As for your 50 books, if you liked the Twilight series read Charlaine Harris’s Sookie Stackhouse series. There are 9 so far and they are great reads. You will enjoy them
THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was listening to Hot 89.9 and they were talk about the list. I have started making my own as well, but still not finished. I have been working on it for a week and just have 30 things on it so far. It’s such a good idea and can’t wait to accomplish it! It’s exciting to work on something that you make on your own, and put things on there that you don’t think you would do until you have something to challenge you to do it!
Thanks for the great idea!!
You’ve inspired me to make my own list. You’re my hero and I don’t know you
I’ve done 1 of the things on my list, I’ve taught a 2 and a half year old to dance. Toddlers are the best salsa dancers.
Hi!
i was just playing around on my laptop and somehow got to your list. I read it and now i really want to make one! I’m almost 16 so it really limits what can go on my list but maybe my mother or father will help me to do some things.
Thanks for the inspiration
I did it! You inspired me!
Here is the link to my blog entry with my 101 things list!

Holly,
I was on gettingtosomeday web sight and found you through there. Your 101 List is awesome. I work with adolescents and plan to use your list in a much smaller version with my kids. Maybe a week to week basis or two week basis. Possibably 10 things they want to accomplish in a week time frame. ???? Thank you so much for the idea from your 101 list. I hope you don’t mind or I am not doing something illegal.
